Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
Ascot House is beautiful house with lovely big rooms. Really enjoyed our stay. Host Lana was helpful and kind. Good breakfast, healthy!
Close to the train station and the sea. Good location for day trips.
Go on a boat trip to Dartmouth, or by bus to Babbacombe, take the funicular down to the sea. Really extraordinary.
Paul was so lovely met us at the harbour and welcomed us to the boat and showed us all around it was in a beautiful location close to the town and the shops and pubs. Lovely little boat and perfect night away to relax if you like unique places to stay then this is perfect. Had all the things you needed a kettle cooker tv the bed was very comfy the whole boat is very cosy
Beautiful property,love all the detail & luxury about it,lovely bedding,fab en suite! Spoilt for choice for breakfast,do much to choose from plus a beautiful room to eat in,feel very relaxing!

Near to the harbour is a plus for us with all the bistros,bars & boats to look at!
The property was in excellent decorative order and spotlesley clean. Breakfast was exceptional, lots of cereal, yogurt and fruit options along with cooked food.
Our room was very large with a king sized bed and two armchairs.
Our host Dave and Marie were very friendly and helpful not forgetting Dougie the dog, even offering to drive us to harbour for our boat trip as parking is expensive.
Would highly reccomend The Netley and it would be our first choice if we return to Torquay.
Location but the garage parking is laughable.No control or security. Fifteen or so garage spaces anyone can drive in. Spaces taken up by boat and other hotel parafinalia. I paid for two nights but could not get a space on the second night, I complained and was refunded for the one
Positives - great location (10 mins walk from town), lovely staff on reception, great sea views and you can watch the boats go in and out of the marina, good buffet breakfast.
The property and and location including the view was as good as the photos in the advert. The balcony was a good place to watch the boats sail across the bay. Good to have car parking on site.
The Gresham Court offers a lovely getaway from the day to day world. It is a relatively short walk to downtown and the marina, where you can get to some of the best sights in the general area via a bus/car drive or ferry/boat ride. The owner/managers are a pleasant and helpful couple and they the provide the best breakfast we've ever had in our travels. The room was charming and the bed was very comfortable.
