Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
The site is clean and well maintained and has great facilities. We especially liked the Boathouse (the food was very good) Michael (who was behind the bar) was excellent, he went above and beyond to serve us and make us feel welcome. Outstanding!

Caravan is located in walking distance of the Boathouse, restaurant, swimming pool, and fitness centre.
Parkdean Southview swimming pool has a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi.
Our children enjoyed the Parkdean kids' entertainment and loads of activities during the day, and we all enjoyed the evening family program.
We will definitely book again.

We enjoying visiting Southview and haven't stayed in the hotel since covid. We enjoy using the swimming pool. The lady ( sorry didn't catch her name) at the swimming pool was extremely helpful and understanding when I had a query regarding swimming and passes.

The caravan was spacious very clean, loads of towels and clean bed linen, and comfy throws.
The facilities on site are perfect for a family especially the boathouse which my 10 year loved the American pancakes.

Really unusual original art deco hotel but we loved it. Clean, comfortable and we even had a sea view. Absolutely gutted to find that the owner is closing it down in 3 weeks, making the lovely staff redundant and renting it to the government for an obscene amount of money to house boat people. Its a bloody disgrace, we paid to stay there but the government are letting recent entries to the country who have just floated in, to stay there for free. Its going to ruin the hotel and the area.
