Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
We have just had a lovely two night stay on this boat . Location was superb , peaceful even though it was near M20 an easy walk along the river into Rochester . Room decoration nicely thought out. Superb Breakfast with plenty of choice . Would highly recommend staying here

We booked the house boat b+b because of the novelty staying on a boat. We enjoyed looking out onto the river from our room and we had a comfortable bed. The owners are very welcoming and helpful.
It felt like a real treat to stay here. We felt very welcome, communication before and during was easy and clear. The rooms look out onto the river plus you can see the tops of the castle and cathedral in the centre of town from the boat, which was a 20/30 min walk away.
You can hear the traffic on the bridge nearby but it wasn't overbearing, mainly we enjoyed the river and its wildlife.
The owners were friendly and ensured our stay was comfortable.

Lovely friendly host. Lovely views and complete peace. Lovely room and very comfortably furnished. Excellent breakfast. Special history of the boat. Do hope we come again.
Loved this quirky boat hotel - the owners have done a great job doing this up with a lovely room overlooking the river, with lots of outside space to enjoy the views. The pub up the road provided a great evening meal and all the locals were very friendly.
