Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.

The room was very large and the hotel is near the ferry for those arriving by boat. I highly recommand !
Host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is a short walk from the Barbican and a short drive to Plymouth yacht Haven which suited us very well as we were on a diving trip. I could not recommend this property highly enough.
The property had a lovely view of Royal Williams Yard and the boats around the area. Location is great for the restaurants etc located in Royal Williams Yard.
Kitchen was well equipped, Tea and coffee with a few small long life cartons of milk provided.
My room was very clean with fresh towels daily. The staff were very helpful to an older lady. The view was excellent. It was central to the harbour area and very convenient for the ferries and boat trips.
Hosts were super friendly and the boat was beautiful.
Kitchen supplied with fresh bread milk cereal many big bottles of water and treats was also a nice touch.
Great secure location with with easy access to Cornwall and the city via passenger boats from Royal William Yard. Property immaculate condition and nice bars and restaurants and Identity Fashion clothes shop in the area. Will be back.
View was great from the small balcony. Near Tamar Road and rail bridge but very little noise from them. Just the gentle tinkling from the yachts moored in the river

Great location. We were attending a function a the Corinthian Yacht Club and it was a really great short walk. We didn't really need any more facilities in the room, just literally needed a bed for the night.
