The Sea-e-o is in a beautiful marina, so close to the high street and train station, as well as lovely nature walks. The boat is in great condition and is very spacious, with ample room across the salon, bedrooms and decks. The stay felt luxurious and comfortable. Can’t recommend enough!

Delightful boat in 5-Star Marina - Ocean Village is located in Southampton, just 1.5 miles from Southampton Guildhall and 1.6 miles from The Mayflower Theatre.
Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
Location was very peaceful and quiet, we were exceptionally lucky with the weather. The boat was very clean and comfortable enough for us. Everything we needed was on board. Facilities at the marina were very good, which was great because the bathroom and toilet facilities on the boat were really only for use as a back up.
It was a new experience for us (staying on a boat). Bernie (who greeted us there) was friendly and helpful. The boat was amazing. The location of the boat was also perfect, with great views looking out towards IoW. The marina had great facilities too. The restaurant there was very nice and did a lovely breakfast. The welcoming pack was excellent, with a great selection including bread, milk, cereals, jam, tea, and coffee. The team did a great job in accommodating a birthday for our stay.
Unique stay. Very peaceful. Lovely comfortable outside seating areas - top sundeck with 360 views around the marina and a shady cool spot downstairs at the back. Interesting watching the IOW ferries coming in and out and other boats sailing by. Lovely views of sunsets and sunrises. Easy free parking at the marina. Nice little bar in the marina with friendly staff which did tasty bacon baps.
We had a lovely time, the boat is very well kitted out with everything we needed and the marina facilities were very good. We would definitely go back again. Ollie was incredibly welcoming, helpful and contactable should we need it. We went for the seafood festival so great location, 10 min walk but spent most evenings on the boat, sitting on deck in the morning and evening was wonderful. A local recommendation - The mayflower pub a short walk away does very nice breakfast.
Lymington Yacht Haven Marina is a stunning location and the boat is fantastic.
Perfect accommodation for a 2 night stay, much better facilities than a hotel.

Great host, excellent location, different experience. You are 15 min from town centre, plenty of eating places. Yacht club facilities are very nice and clean. The boat is great for a night away, it’s on the cosy side but enough space for two people. Bluetooth speaks are great, they go nicely with a glass of fizz on the decking. Bed is a bit tricky to get to, but my husband who is 6”2 managed to get in 😊
It was quiet and peaceful, completely unique, cosy for just the two of us and very comfortable to sleep in. Staying here, on our first boat stay ever, has made us want to come back again and again. We shant be forgetting our sadly brief but very romantic night on the boat, despite the rain!
