The owners are warm and welcoming. The boat is very clean and there are facilities with toilets and showers. I stayed here on a windy night but it was still safe and nice. There’s a shopping mall right beside with a supermarket for food. Also close to train and bus station. I had an amazing time here and really enjoyed this unique experience.

Very comfortable beds, room air conditioning could be turned off. Ideal location near the yacht haven, very helpful staff. I liked the three course meal deal, beautiful presentation. Liked the separate bar area, ideal for writing reports without being isolated in my room.
An excellent option for those who would like to test spending the night in a small yacht. Rocking on the waves, the sound of rain on the hull, the sound of the wind. Inside there is water, tea, coffee, sugar, and many sockets for charging devices. The marina building has a convenient shower and toilet.
Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, extensive breakfast with good quality food. You can see yacht club from bar, nice view when drinking a coffee. Easy to go out for a walk. Charging station (Shell Recharge) in front of hotel. Parking available free of charge on street.
The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Le Havre. We so enjoyed the expansive view of the waterway—watching the sailboats, cargo ships, and cruise ships enter and exit the harbor. We also appreciated the attention to detail and the clear instructions for using the amenities and entering and leaving the building.

We stayed on Karim’s boat last minute whilst on a bike trip, after having mechanical issues. He was very friendly and a genuinely helpful in finding a bike shop to get the necessary repairs. The boat itself is an awesome and unique place to stay when in Le Havre! I would recommend staying with Karim to anyone!
The location at the seaside pleasure boat harbor. All you want to see and do on good walking distance. The room, we feit at home, it felt like a cool studio appartment. The restaurant was excellent too. The hotel looked fresh and crisp. Very comfy.
