- the boat is beautiful and cozy (even spacious enough for a family with two kids)
- situated right in the port next to the old town of Antibes, with free parking for your vehicle
- thoughtfully equipped (bed linen, towels and toiletries, fridge, ventilator to fight the high temperatures..), WC and shower in the port round the corner
- very nice and helpful owners (speaking French, but online translator will do)

Fantastic location, heart of the marina. Totally different experience to stopping in a hotel or apartment. The sounds, the smells and gentle motion of being on the water were beautiful. If you’ve never stopped on a boat, I don’t think there would be any issues either. The mooring spot is perfect as you enter the jetty. Felt secure and safe. Host was just lovely and easy.

I loved staying on the boat instead of renting a hotel room. It wasn't too far from the centre (also there is a bus stop near the port), and I really liked the vibe there. The boat is nice. :)

The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious. The was air con much needed after a day in the sun. There was a fluffy robe and towels, a safe and fridge with cold drinks, a must. The garden was lovely, I loved the outstretchec cat sculpture. I had breakfast in the garden. There was plenty of chocie.
The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 mins to the harbour where the yachts are moored. IIt was quiet away from the central bustle. The local residents were very helpful when I looked lost.
Location on Vieux Porte is brilliant, with a view across Cannes. Much better view than the one from the moored motor yachts, so it does feel very luxurious! Apartment is spacious and equipped for simple food preparation. Window can be opened completely, so you are instantly in the Cannes vibe. All equipment worked, air conditioning great and LED mood lighting great fun.
The location and Yacht are perfect in every single way. The host is one of the loveliest individuals ever. I highly recommend to stay there. It will take your trip on a higher level.
Fantastic location at the edge of the Port overlooking the boats with beautiful late sunrises. Easy access to all shopping, bars, restaurants, beaches. Room had a great view, very comfortable large bed, superb appointments, roof-top bar and pleasant staff. The rooftop pool is definitely a bonus.
I liked the location as we were at the Yacht Festival, and walking distance, just keeping in mind that we had to be aware of the beggars outside the hotel (train station is across the street). The room was clean. Appreciated that our luggage could be kept after check out until just before departure. The Ladies at the Reception were very helpful for everything - tips/booking taxis, etc..
