It is a little out of the way but close to the tram for access to the other forms of public transportation.
The access to the dock is secure, the boat was a different experience which we enjoyed.

1) The property was musty and had been closed up (causing breathing problems for Pilar). 2) The bed was dirty with old stained bedding. 3) The toilet was only for urinating and have to go to public restroom to use of poop. 4) There was no shower, again only public bathroom 2500 ft away. 5) The electric was not working and I overheard the woman say to someone that there was no electric when talking just a few feet away, yet she said nothing to us except: This is the switch to turn on the electric, (but when she switched on the light nothing worked). 6) There was no ramp and had to lift bags (x5) over 3ft gap from the dock to the boat, which was moving constantly from the tide and dangerous to fall in and drown. 7) We spoke with the owner and he was willing to refund only half but insisted whether he could fix the electric, he would only refund 1 day of 2 purchased. 8) The woman had no credit card to use for the tax of E 18 and gave her $20 US Cash and never gave us a receipt.
