Such a peaceful relaxing holiday. Top deck seats for morning sun then back deck seats for afternoon and evening. The lower seats were much better than the photos, so comfortable.
We used the toilet/shower blocks a lot to save on the tanks, they were excellent and clean reminding us of caravan holidays when we were little, part of the fun.
We had free use of the lido with its big pool and lovely sun beds.
There are so many nice restaurants and bars close by and the Rubicon Marina area is so classy.

Very comfy accomodation, the owner is very lovley aswell! We slept very good, you get everything you need on the boat or nearby at the port. The bathrooms that are installed at the port were the only thing we were struggling a bit with, as the male bathroom/showers often were very dirty (the female ones were totally fine and we understand that this is obviously job of the port and not of the boatowner!) Everything else was perfect, checkin/out was very easy.

We liked everything.
The location is amazing, we stay at the marina regularly and absolutely love it.
Clarissa, the owner met us when we arrived and showed us around the boat and explained everything to us. She had also left us some snacks which was very kind.
We will definitely return.

The peace in quiet was far most the selling point of this trip esteban was so accommodation and always on text whenever you needed anything, I believe that when I come back this will always the place I would love to stay if the boat is available

The property is very large and in a fantastic location. Perfect for watching the boats, private room terrace ideal for sunbathing. On the pedestrian street, close to shops, bars and the promenade. The host Carmen addressed a a small issue very quickly.

Excellent property in ideal central location with great sea views and shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Apartment very clean, nice decor and well equipped for self catering. Communication from host Francis very good with all queries prior to arrival and in resort dealt with quickly. Nice walk down seafront to Marina Rubicon - try out different restaurants, visit markets or admire fancy yachts in harbour. Would highly recommend property for family or couples. We visit Lanzarote regularly and will definitely book again.
The apartment was totally private and self contained in a brilliant position with amazing views and close to shops and restaurants. it was well equipped and met all our needs. We loved the privacy of the sun terrace and enjoyed watching the ferry boats come and go.
this property and the views are magnificent, this is a fantastic place and we will be staying again in the future. bed amazing, as a person who has a bad back this bed is better than my own and I would highly recommend this place.the views are stunning overlooking the harbour with beautiful boats coming and going. you will not be disappointed.
We had a super stay at Casa Cipri despite the unusually cool and changeable weather.Francis, the host at Casa Cipri ,was extremely friendly and helpful and provided excellent service with lots of great advice about local bars and restaurants and places to visit.The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the huge terrace is a great place to relax in the sun and watch the boats come and go in the harbour.This was our second visit and we will certainly return in the future.
location on the marina was great- all facilities within easy walking distance. several beautiful beaches, enjoyed walking and snorkelling. could choose to cook on the boat or eat out.
