My third of fourth time onboard. Lots of small improvements. New doors on the showers, new bedding, new LED lighting. Still great friendly communications and easy check in/ check out. Easy and close amenities and parking. Smashing selection of restaurants on the door step.

The boat was very clean and has all the necessary things to be able to make food, it has privacy and it gives you a different experience because you are on a boat. Also I liked that I could access also the facilities from the marina - shower ..etc.
Also the ownerr/care taker was very friendly and give all information needed to have a pleasant stay.

Location was great with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. I was on a sailing course and didn’t want to stay on the school boat. As an alternative to a hotel it would be perfect. Host was helpful with great communication. Very reasonably priced.

The property is very large and in a fantastic location. Perfect for watching the boats, private room terrace ideal for sunbathing. On the pedestrian street, close to shops, bars and the promenade. The host Carmen addressed a a small issue very quickly.

The position was perfect It was very modern & had everything we needed The huge balcony was lovely overlooking the promenade & sea view fantastic Overall a perfect place to relax, people watch & watch the boats going in & out of the harbour We are definitely going back

We loved returning to the boat in the afternoon after a morning exploring or by the marina pool and relaxing in the sun on the comfortable chairs on the back of the boat.

Excellent property in ideal central location with great sea views and shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Apartment very clean, nice decor and well equipped for self catering. Communication from host Francis very good with all queries prior to arrival and in resort dealt with quickly. Nice walk down seafront to Marina Rubicon - try out different restaurants, visit markets or admire fancy yachts in harbour. Would highly recommend property for family or couples. We visit Lanzarote regularly and will definitely book again.
The apartment was totally private and self contained in a brilliant position with amazing views and close to shops and restaurants. it was well equipped and met all our needs. We loved the privacy of the sun terrace and enjoyed watching the ferry boats come and go.
this property and the views are magnificent, this is a fantastic place and we will be staying again in the future. bed amazing, as a person who has a bad back this bed is better than my own and I would highly recommend this place.the views are stunning overlooking the harbour with beautiful boats coming and going. you will not be disappointed.
We had a super stay at Casa Cipri despite the unusually cool and changeable weather.Francis, the host at Casa Cipri ,was extremely friendly and helpful and provided excellent service with lots of great advice about local bars and restaurants and places to visit.The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the huge terrace is a great place to relax in the sun and watch the boats come and go in the harbour.This was our second visit and we will certainly return in the future.
location on the marina was great- all facilities within easy walking distance. several beautiful beaches, enjoyed walking and snorkelling. could choose to cook on the boat or eat out.
