Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
Front desk was friendly and cared about safety of the people, with a storm watch screen to guide of safety of people who were renting boats and canoes. BBQ tools were available for a fee (a charge per day is strange), and a food truck on site is a nice touch. Nice options with games, books, dvds for rainy days. Dock was nice, shallow water for young families, although we were a group of friends travelling.

The public dock is quite roomy with chairs
and a gazebo. staff is quick to respond guest's requests and accommodating for an unexpected late check -in.
Location is very convenient to drive to Algonquin Park and to Huntsville.
Very friendly staff, great view across the lake, plenty of activities to keep busy during both sunny and rainy days, tiny comfortable house, plenty of options for groceries and dinner in nearby towns, boats available for the lake at no charge
Location is beautiful with nice amenities such as a pool and game room. The private beach at the lake is simply great with kayaks, boats etc free to use. We loved it! Personnel was very friendly.
Excellent location and fantastically set up for a family vacation. Canoe's, paddle boats, kids sand toys, recliner beach chairs, umbrellas etc. all included in the accomodation. Private beach was a major bonus with sand and a flat area for kids to play safely without getting in other guests way. Extremely well kept with the sand being raked daily, very clean pool and facilities.
Great Location on the Lake, wonderful little Beach, nice garden, great to get to use the boats and stand up paddeling stuff. Great common areas. Highly recommended for families.
wonderful ! this is my second time in tally ho, Last year we booked here but i think last year wasn’t this much clean , They have new Floor! clean and I love the sofa bed. we are family of 5 , we have 3 children. and everything was perfect. we stayed at Mapleview 4 this time. but unfortunately the Boat & kayak isn’t available yet for the season.
We stayed at Tally Ho Inn on our way back from Algonquin Park. The location is perfect. Algonquin Park is only 30 mins away. Both Huntsville town and Muskoka are close by. The property is super clean and very well maintained. Lake views are breathtaking. There are free boats that you use. There are fire-pits and BBQs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
