The white sand beach is amazing , you have to take a bus transfer to the boat , then the boat bring you to the the beach side.
A pleasant little hotel in one of the best locations. Iconic view, safe neighborhood, super helpful owner, good breakfast. The location is full of positive energy, there are many pleasant bars and restaurants nearby. The waterfront is always full of young people having fun. Botafogo bay with sailboats, Sugarloaf literally within reach, Corcovado with Christ in every shot.
Ana was very friendly and helpful since I booked the property she send me messages and helped with all my questions, helped with boat trips she is excepcional! I really liked the house.
The view from the communal balcony where breakfast is served is excellent with water and boats in the foreground and Christ Redeemer statue in the distance. The area around the bay and to a local beach provided a pleasant walk if you watch the broken footpaths. The breakfasts were good and the owner and staff were friendly.
Lobby staff were helpful, as we didn’t speak much Portuguese. Helped us book a boat tour of nearby islands the night before the tour. Room was nice, good AC. Nice shower pressure. Breakfast spread pretty big, eggs, cheese, breads and lots of fruit variety. Location awesome! 10 min walk from beach. Lots of shops/dining options in walking distance. Roof top pool stunning!
Comfortable private room. Owner was friendly. The island has a cool vibe, super peaceful. The boat to and from the island is only R$3 each time. There is a really nice café only 25 metres away.
Lovely and very friendly staff! Free caipirinha every night for 30 minutes. There are a lot of parties that also the staff frequently go to. When I was there, there was an amazing halloween boat party.
Great location in Ipanema, good breakfast, clean room. If anything, the common room is very small. This wouldn't matter since breakfast is often outside. But if it is rainy, it is a bit to small.
