Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
The view from the room was amazing. Each room has its own unique setup and amenities, we had the one with the jacuzzi. William was super helpful and responded to our messages and set us up with a boat tour.
The host is an amazing lady. Helped us a lot in arraial do cabo. Even with bookings other than the apartment such as a boat tour, scuba diving etc. Very friendly and polite. Speaks good English as well, so feel free if you're not a native Brazilian. The property is at the location which is very near to the beach. It is within walking distance from the beach and also not so close to the beach to be an area of nuisance. 10/10 would recommend.
The room was clean, breakfast was good and I loved that they had coffee available for free all day long. The morning lady was very nice and she walked me to the taxi boat pier. I loved that it was close to the pier and some good beaches.
The complete experience was amazing. Having travelled from Rio and visiting this place it was nice and quiet, and easy to walk around. We used boat taxis to visit beaches, which were beautiful, highly recommend.
The location was very good for our needs. Only a 3-4 minute walk from the piers where all the boat tours leave from, which was perfect for us. In addition, there are plenty of restaurants and eateries only a couple of minutes walk away.

Staff was polite and helpful. The swimming pool/communal area is beautiful and we stayed there after checkout until our lift picked us up.
The staff is very friendly, the room is large enough with a small but nice balcony, breakfast is good and the restaurant has good options, besides a daily menu. The mini bar was complete, with options of drinks and water. The boat cruise suggested by the hotel (Arraial Tour) is the best in town and you can book in the front desk.
The location is between two popular beaches. About a 20 minute walk. There is a small swimming pool. One can prepare something to eat in a kitchen where also a fridge is available. Breakfast is simple but complete although with little healthy options. Close by there are simple local restaurants where one can get a simple but very tastefull meal. Many nice boat trips available in the harbour with stops on nice beaches.
