Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht, or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services might be available – a nautical getaway awaits.
Fabulous hotel (and fairly newly built as far as I can tell) right on the river and below the Citadel, Namur. Really pleasant environment. Casino next door too if that floats your boat ;-) I would highly recommend and I will definitely book again if I'm in town.
Good location, within walking distance of the telepherique and the boat trips for example. Clear, simple styling reminded me of Ibis. Plenty of breakfast without it being over the top. Genuinely private secure parking (as opposed to it just being street parking). Room comfortable. The one we were in had a stand -alone air conditioning unit. Helpful, friendly proprietor.

The hosts were amazing, super flexible and welcomed us warmly (with a bottle of wine at that), taking the time to show us around , explain everything and introduce us to neighbours and activities we could do. The boat was amazing, the rooftop, the location, perfect for stargazing and quality time with friends . The boat has everything on board , super well equipped and eco-friendly bathrooms. Everything about the houseboat was fantastic. It was clean and well maintained. Check-in was super smooth, and instructions were very clear. The location was perfect, very close to cable-car for Namur citadelle, and also a 15 min walk to the train station. It was safe too.
Martine and Bernard, the extremely friendly couple who run the boat hotel, we’re great and looked out for us. Amazing breakfast (charged separately), very quiet room with no movement despite being in the water. Free parking for the car available just in front. Get a room with a view of the water! Lots of good restaurant recommendations within walking distance.
Top location, charming houseboat where you can relax and enjoy your time here. We loved it. The host is very nice, welcoming and helpful. Absolute recommendation!
