Get out on the water (without ever leaving the dock!) on a commercial boat. Guests have access to a partial or entire boat, yacht or houseboat, which will remain docked throughout the stay. Meals and additional services may be available -- a nautical getaway awaits.
Location nice property . Very good facility in property. Lovely outdoor area. Close to Renmark. Nice drive from Adelaide very easy to find the property. Beautiful vineyard surroundings. Nice to have a boat landing to fish from.
The location of "Moving Waters" houseboat is great - next to the River Promenade with beautiful trees (just about 10 minutes walk into town)
The houseboat - well, really first front river view !! Loved sipping the coffee in the morning from the upper deck with the best sunrises and with a glass of wine watching the light on the opposite wooded area turning in the evening.
It all was peaceful and relaxing.
Renmark also is close to Silo Art, walking trails, Paringa bridge and the cliff lookouts
It always lovely to stay somewhere a bit different and stay on a boat is just that. The lapping of the water against the, boat the reflection of the moon on the water and the comfort of a fully equipped boat made the hole experience enjoyable.
This was our second stay, having just completed a Murray River houseboat trip. The hotel is in a great location on the river and recent renovations to the bistro had just been completed prior to our arrival. The food in the new bistro was very good. There is a good guest laundry on site which proved very handy.
Fantastic location. Suited our party well. The house was very well set up. Room for all of us to gather. The back entrance great for secure parking of car with kayak on roof. The kitchen had every thing we needed. Walking into Renmark along the path was perfect. Kayak supplied on the back of the houseboat was fun.
Excellent location. One of my pet peeves about staying on the Murray is listing to boats going up and down the river constantly and the partying to all hours of the night. With the location just down stream from lock 5 there was only the occassional fishing boat going past and quiet hours made for a pleasant stay.
Leanne and Adrian left a nice welcome pack for us.
We only needed a one night stay as we were driving from Adelaide to get a boat.
The Lady in the office was lovely. The Park was clean. The caravan was clean and tidy.
We stayed for one night prior to getting on our houseboat and as we had never been to Renmark and the staff were more than friendly and helpful. Park and amenities were spotless and will definitely stay here again! Thank you
