The breakfast was very good, rooms were comfy and clean. The owner was extremely helpful e.g. we got some recommendations of what to do and which place avoid in Ninh Binh and all of them were matching our preferences. We were located in the top floor which we highly recommend for great views. The place is located between to touristic attractions with decent number of food options around. We rented the motorbike for 150k per day.

We had to leave early for our next stop and they prepared packaged lunch (excellent banh mi) for us for the road, so thoughtful! Definitely recommend staying there!

She made me a nice breakfast every morning and even gave me a bottle of water and banana for my travel to the next location. There were bicycles for just a small rent. Really close to the centre, yet quite (after 10.30 pm when the karoake stopped). I would recommend.
