The property is about 10 minutes walking distance from the Stone Church, and the Sun Plaza where the Fansipan cablecar station is located. We preferred the location as it gave us a break from the buzzing Sa Pa. The lobby is very spacious and invites to hang out, it also has a pool table at the first floor. We really loved our room. it was very bright, the bed was comfortable, and it also had a small balcony. However, what made our stay special was the friendly staff who helped us with tour arrangements, pick up and everything else.

Situated in Sa Pả, within 16 km of Fansipan Legend Cable Car Station and 12 km of Sa Pa Lake, La Rosa House features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Ms. Trang went above and beyond assisting with cab bookings and negotiating rates, making our stay seamless. They prepared delicous meals for us both nights. The serene surroundings are perfect for relaxation, and the highlight of our stay was the delightful companionship of Misa and Zack, the resident dogs. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
