It's in a quiet neighbourhood but on the back of a grab you're almost everywhere in the city within 10-20 mins. The room was absolutely stunning and perfect to relax in after a long day outside of exploring the city and beaches. I was there during summer, so when I came back in the evening the room was super hot but you have a ventilator and an air conditioner so the room cools down within few minutes. M favourite thing about my room was that around sunset you'd get an amazing light in your room and it was absolutely perfect for reading my book. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back, if I return to Da Nang someday. Highly recommend!

Well located in Da Nang, Tam Homestay provides concierge services and free private parking. With quiet street views, this accommodation features a patio. It was the best experience staying this place.Location is very good .Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owners ,they were extremely friendly.
