Set in Lewisburg, 40 km from Beartown State Park, Thomas Rose Inn offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. This inn is in an old building that has been renovated but left with it's immense charm! The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the temperature control was easy to use and managed temperature well. The bathroom was spacious and contained a large shower. The room was bright when you wanted the light, with windows facing two different directions, and dark when you wanted to close things up. We loved the "old world" feel and charm of the common area as well as the room itself. We never actually did a face to face with the staff but check-in and check-out was super easy with excellent instructions for access. Paula provided excellent communications and responded immediately by text whenever we checked with her.

Located in Huntington, within 1.4 km of Marshall University and 1.9 km of Joan C Edwards Stadium, Chessie Room offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a garden and a terrace. The apartment is lovely and was spotless upon arrival. Great location near Visitor's Center, riverfront park, and downtown Huntington. And we learned so much about "Chessie," the history of the city and the railroads. Really interesting!

Laurel River Club Bed & Breakfast or LRCBNB is set in Dryfork and features a shared lounge. The property features mountain and river views. LRC is an absolute fantastic place. Even though it is a bit far from the next village (restaurant or shop) it is a perfect place. The landscape is so beautiful and it is so peaceful and calm. The landlady is extremely nice and friendly and she leads the B&B with her heart I can only recommend this beautiful place

Boasting city views, Modern Homestead Guest House features accommodation with patio, around 26 km from West Virginia University. Did not have a chance to eat breakfast, was up and out early. The atmosphere was very relaxed and quiet.

Offering mountain views in a natural setting, Mountain Quest Inn is on a 450 acre farm in Frost, West Virginia, 13.7 km south of Dunmore, West Virginia, via Route 92. The property is a treasure with and a tremendous library and story. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to accommodate guests and address questions. The property is extremely quiet and was an excellent place to relax.
