Would definitely stay here again if travelling to Stowe.

It was a pity that we only stayed for one night. The owner is a very good host and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Sinclair Inn Bed & Breakfast is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Jericho, 26 km from University of Vermont. It was really cosy and both hosts were great! Such a beautiful place, couldn’t recommend enough.

Maplecroft Bed & Breakfast, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Barre, 37 km from Green Mountain National Golf Course, 37 km from Green Mountain Club, as well as 44 km from Mad River. Maplecroft is SO charming, and Caryn made the whole thing so special. This is not for people looking for the sterile, hands-off kind of stay that a large hotel chain can offer, rather it is a warm and personal experience in a unique and historic bed and breakfast. We had the Tower Room which was the smallest room in the house, but it was still very comfortable and totally kitch with it's genuinely Victorian style of decoration (which is the same throughout the entire property). Our bathroom was across the hall, but again this wasn't a problem as it was totally exclusive to us and had an amazing free-standing tub that we had use of. Caryn's breakfasts were delicious and always of a generous size, which set us up for the day perfectly. She was a warm and gracious host, lovely to chat with and full of great information and recommendations. Highly recommended for an authentic Vermont experience!

Situated within 17 km of Mount Mansfield and 1.2 km of Stowe Village Historic District, The Little River Inn features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Stowe. Kim and Phil are doing an amazing job with this little and very cute Inn. Everything you need was covered. Beds were comfy, rooms and common spaces very clean, the backyard amazing... and the breakfast excellent. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much.

Offering a shared lounge and garden view, Mountain Valley Retreat is located in Killington, 11 km from Killington Mountain and 5.9 km from Gifford Woods State Park. Stunningly beautiful property, we loved everything about it. Mike and Barb are wonderful hosts, so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We’d definitely return if we were in the area.

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, The Village Inn of Woodstock is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Woodstock, 38 km from Killington Mountain. We loved the Village Inn in Woodstock. Great place to experience the magical town of Woodstock especially during the Wassail Weekend. I wanted to have a Hallmark Christmas Moment and this visit definitely fit the bill! Heather and her wonderful staff treated us like family (or maybe even a bit better!! ) They made our joint birthday celebrations so special. The breakfasts were wonderful. The room was great with all its personal touches. If we needed anything all we had to do was ask. Everyone who stayed there were fun and easy to visit with over breakfast or drinks in the afternoon by the fire place. We ate dinner at Vic's Tavern the first night and it was amazing! We dined at a few other places based on Heather's recommendations and they were wonderful. I am so glad she reminded me a few weeks prior to our visit to make reservations since it was a busy weekend for the quaint town. Definitely recommend the Village Inn in Woodstock and Vic's Tavern to anyone looking for something special in Woodstock.
