We found the couple who ran the manor very friendly and helpful. They advised us the best way to get tickets for the Niagara Falls boat trip, seeing it was a weekend and the lines would be long. It was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Parking on site and the beds were very comfortable. We have traveled from New Zealand and would recommend this manor.

Clean, quiet and great location as we were able to walk to the falls and only 2 blocks away from clifton hill, and great selection of restaurants near by
Quiet location, about 5 minutes from the city center/falls. Delicious breakfast, freshly prepared daily by the owner for her guests.
Pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness and fresh smell when we entered our room and it had everything that we required. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating with all our requests. It is in a very quiet area and great location to visit what Niagara Falls has to offer.

The stay was perfect. The B&B is very cosy, quiet, and charming. The owner was very lovely and breakfast made just for us was huge and delicious. Walking distance to the city center and 10 min walk from train station
The place is just gorgeous! Victorian style house, extremely detailed in the decorations, great mattress, spacious and bright room, private bathroom, everything extremely clean, I felt like a king. Breakfast was provided and delicious (fresh fruit, French toast, juice, coffee, tea). Classic music was played in the dining room in the background, very relaxing. Location was good, quiet neighborhood, 15 min walking to the falls. Highly recommend this place!
A short breakfast menu (fyi no meat is available) but generous delicious veggie omelet. Large clean rooms and quiet as there are only 4 rooms at this inn. Be aware private bathroom refers to bathroom in hall (for 1 room), all other rooms have ensuite bathroom. Easy parking. Great location for dining and hiking.
