This hotel our rather B&B/Inn was one of the highlights of our trip. A nice old typical house for Savannah with a big room, very nicely decorated. There's even a lift for the luggage, which is rare in such houses, we appreciated that. The Inn has (limited) parking, but we always got a parking space. The breakfast is of course awesome and there's also a wine hour in the afternoon, where you can chat with other guests. The location is great too - it's a bit more than half a mile to the waterfront, there are many restaurants however near the Inn. Savannah is highly walkable and the Inn is pretty much located in the middle of it.

The dining area was decorated for the Christmas season with Santa as well as a beautiful manger scene. The owner greeted us and treated us like good friends. She made us the most delicious homemade breakfast. It was a Sunday morning so she told us housekeeping would not be cleaning our room until Monday~ she said we could stay all day and enjoy Tybee and not worry about checking out at 11:00😁 she also reminded us that bikes were parked right outside available at not charge to take and explore the island😁

A wonderful place to enjoy an afternoon cocktail or morning breakfast. Beautiful Forsyth Park across the street. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast, happy hour and evening cofee and sweets were an additional treat. We stayed in room 8 which was their smallest room but, was plenty large enough for 2 and we had a bonus private balcony outside our room. The location was within walking distance to most areas of interest. We will definitely be back!!

This was our 4th stay at The Twelve Oaks, so I guess you could say, we love everything! The fire-pit is a massive plus!!

Check In And check out was a breeze. Will definitely stay again.
