This is my second time staying here. The previous manager was an obnoxious and unhinged lunatic, but they fired her, and all the current managers are lovely. (If you previously had negative encounters with that awful manager, I suggest you give this place another chance.) The whole place is super clean all the time, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. Legitimate 24 hour check in, unlike almost every other place in Kharkiv that lies about it. Not a party hostel, this a quiet serene place to rest.
Very close to Kharkiv city centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful considering the time of war. The backyard garden was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast to order was well prepared.
Very stylish decor, both the room and the building. Though the hotel is in the city centre, it has a garden in the courtyard with trees, shrubs and statues. The hotel has only a few rooms: it wasn't overcrowded and overall it was a very relaxing experience. Excellent service and support by the staff, they helped us with every request. Everything was just fantastic, best place to stay. Very quiet, located in the city center, there are rooms in the basement with no windows if you want to feel safer during the rocket attacks Very friendly staff, clean rooms and homey atmosphere in the room.
