À la carte and continental breakfast options with warm dishes, pancakes and fruits are available each morning. For visitors looking to embark on day trips to nearby landmarks, the guest house provides a selection of packed lunches. The rooms are clean and have everything needed, including mosquito nets and AC. The toilets are shared but since there are only 3 rooms, there was nobody else and we didn't have to share with others. The common area is great, there is a swimming pool open 24h and a nice place to eat and play games very comfy. The owner is amazingly nice and made us feel very welcome, she even shared some activities that were happening in the city during our stay.

That was very cheap accommodation. For this price I cannot complain.The owners was very helpful and friendly. Very good location. What you can expect? The rooms are small, not air conditioner, not hot water , specific toilet. All worth this price.
The house is in a great location very close to all intersting points of Bagamoyo. Very big and comfortable, the person who was waiting for us was very friendly and the property seemed very secure. Great balcony to relax.
The room and balcony were large, clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was excellent and it was generally quiet. The staff did everything possible to help with problems which arose.
It was a so great time to spend at Mikoko.The cottage was amazing traditional and quite private space for spending 10 days .The restaurant can enjoy the beautiful nature green view with great meals and night bar.Staffs support were excellent that I always felt safety and happy to be like a real family.Thankyou so much Mikoko!
Well managed retreat located in bush. Very helpful staff, good meals and accommodation. Excellent tour guide. Eco based with strong links to local community. Quiet and restful.
Me and my family we stayed four nights. This is my third time to come here. There's a lot of modifications. My family loves the cleanest of this place and their service in general we were so happy. And even the parking was great. I parked my car all days with peace of mind. California Lodge is a good option for those who are looking for a quite place. The price is so cheap only Tsh. 15,000/= per double bedroom per night. Anyway, service was amazing.
Very comfortable and clean rooms in a quiet area, within walking distance from restaurants and historical sights. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
