The food was freshly prepared according to the wishes of the guests. The receptionist organized a free of charge lift for me to the village center when I checked out.

Although not in the city center, but location is good: close to the sea promenade, many restaurants and cafees, markets and bakeries nearby. Parking: free parking in the street, easy to find a place to park. Good wifi.

Hotel locates in great place: not far from shopping mall and the coast. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes. Mersin is a nice city and the hotel can afford you great opportunity to get acquainted with it.
The hotel is in a great location with an amazing sea view. The staff, especially Tarik Tamtürk was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. The room was big, comfortable, the a/c is great and quiet. The shower/bathroom is also really great.
The hotel is conveniently located in the historic city centre with easy access to the main attractions. Private parking is an added bonus. The hotel's common areas (e.g. garden) are better organised than the rooms. The room has old furniture and the shower is not conveniently combined with the toilet. The staff do not speak English, but are very friendly and helpful.
