The view is one of a kind, the highest level of the hospitality, Gürkan was extremely helpful and organized everything for us. The location is fantastic and breakfast always fresh and delicious. Location is good , breakfast I like it . They cook fresh eggs and local bread for u with a lot of other food . View is nice . Owner and staff r very friendly and helpful. Even helped me and carry my luggage to another hotel . I wish I can stay all my 4 days there bt due to my own schedule issue , I have to move to another hotel .

Located in Avanos, Hikmet's House is set in a renovated old mansion. The property has a terrace and private courtyard including a historical well with drinking water. Located in the peaceful town of avanos. Walking distance from a beautiful park by the river and the city center. Hospitality by the staff was exceptional. They are warm and friendly people. The common area sit outs were perfect to wind down with a beer at the end of a long day. The rooms are cozy and clean and more than you need if you’re spending most of the day site seeing.
