Featuring parquet floors, the rooms of Kayalar Terrace include a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, heating, minibar and a private bathroom with hot water. All rooms offer sea and mountain views. Some rooms also have a private balcony. Free WiFi is also available. The host was one of the nicest hardworking people I have ever met in my life. He cooked all the meals which were delicious, gave us great recommendations on where to visit, and provided such a comfortable and welcoming experience for us. We felt safe and well taken care throughout our entire stay.

Great location, amazing view and amazing service.
Very nice location: a real turkish village with no Tourist. Really impressive views. From the terrace of the hotel one can see the sea and Lesbos. Very quite: only hear birds and dogs. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They prepared a delicious dinner (Fish) for us. Excellent breakfast. Apple rooms with balcony to enjoy the views. The Right Place to visit Assos and the Aegeian Coast.
The property had a luxury feel with a grand foyer in a beautiful Spanish style. We had a sea view across the rooftop of a cafe. The reception staff were helpful and patiently arranged an online bus booking for us late at night.
