He walked me through the taxi process from TUN -- even helping me navigate with a video call. He gave me an electricity converter. He totally saved my vacation and gave me such a great impression of Tunisia. I talked to the others at the (extraordinary) breakfast and Slim had helped others similarly. The place itself is like a stately fortress within the souk. It's a pretty direct walk to the mosque.

The tasteful and elegant interior design added to the charm, and the breakfast was simply amazing. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it all a little more!

Mr Taieb and his family are very hospitable and friendly they try every way to make their guests feel at home.
