A balcony with an outdoor dining area and inner courtyard views is offered in each unit. At the guest house, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the host, with a tea and biscuits! The palace is surprisingly beautiful, there is a panoramic terrace, and it is part of an historical building. The rooms are very picturesque and super well arranged. The most impressive part of our staying at Dar Badiaa was definitely the feeling of being home! The breakfast was delicious and it truly surpassed our expectations. A big thank you from our side for the memories and warmth!

Very nice old house at the Sousse medina. Actually, it is two houses united: exquisite decoration and adaptation as hotel, with charming spaces to stay and relax, nice roof with views to the town and a small pool, a small library... And, since it is in the medina, you can easily arrive to the most interesting places to visit. But it is in a very quiet street, silent and far of the noise of the market and shops of other places in the medina. Very kind staff and good breakfast.
The location was great and it was a good value for money. We only stayed one night as we were going from the north to south. The bedrooms were just that. Beds in a room and no room for anything else. It was a good stop over place. I would look at this place like a dorm style hostel but with private rooms for cheap. In that sense it was very nice. Communal facilities to be aware of if you aren’t used to it.
Our stay in Dar Hkeïm was wonderful! Toutou is a great host, his breakfast is delicious, his tours were really great and the home is really charming. We’ve experienced a local life thanks to Toutou, it wouldn’t be the same without him and his knowledge. One of the perks of staying at his guest house is we got to know great people, so we couldn’t ask for more in our first, but sure not last, visit to Tunis. We recommend it 100%
The hotel is a charming boutique hotel with old vibes, which I hold in high regard. It is well located within reach of all major facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful.
the staff were amazing, from reception, to catering, to the cleaning staff. all were very nice and accommodating to our needs. the buffet was good, a wide variety available daily. unlimited soft drinks and shisha available too. entertainment crew were engaging and fun. good shows on, good service at bar. private beach is nice and quiet perfect for relaxing. activities available to book at the hotel.
