Abir was with us throughout our stay she was super nice and very welcoming. They took care of all of our restaurant reservations, they even ordered the cake for the celebration. Very courteous and amazing. Mary was in constant communication with me to ensure I was good and happy. The house is decorated with fine taste. I will definitely come back!!!

The design and interior of the guest house preserves tradition. It provides a homey and authentic experience given that the property is inside the medina. The breakfast is amazing! There’s a good spread of breads, spreads, dips and savoury items. Marwa and her team made us feel at home and I think that is the magic of this place. They were very attentive to our needs and request. Oh, by the way, the towels smell fantastic. My friend slept with them. 😁

Located in Hammamet, Villa Phoenicia is 50 metres from the beach and a 5-minute drive from Hammamet Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi, a rooftop terrace and a shared living room with a fireplace. Very nice and special place. Great location.
