I liked the personal touch of this accommodation, the lady rents out this room only - the location within the medina of Bizerte where the locals live was great. It is a bit hidden but once you know where the place is it is easy to find. I arrived at night so it was a bit tricky to find it but after a WhatsApp call the owner was so friendly to come to meet me right at the entrance of the medina and to guide me to the accommodation so all was good in the end. - the medina is great for exploring the Old harbour and the city centre area and to mingle with locals - the breakfast was very rich and generous, I loved it! - the room was at the rooftop, was big and had everything you would need.

From the moment we were picked up from Tunis to the moment we left Dar Salama - we loved everything. I have very high expectations when I travel, but Marie and her Team have managed to surpass them. The house is extraordinary with beautiful design, pool, grounds and personal touches from Marie and her life in different countries. The breakfast by the pool was excellent and prepared with care and love! For the first time, ever, we were sad to leave and wished we have booked our whole stay at Dar Salama 🤍

Dar El Kasba Bizerte ligt in Bizerte, op 37 km van Ichkeul Lake & Park. I loved the home and family feeling of this Dar! Radia and her family were absolutely lovely, very helpful and always there when you needed them. It was in a great location, close to all the sites and right inside the kasbah/Medina. Was a lovely and simple breakfast in the mornings. Her family was there and it really made you feel right at home. I had such a good rest and relaxation in the room, the bed was super comfortable and I highly suggest this place!
