Everything all good and great location!
Comfortable room in a good location, in walking distance from the city centre and the weekend night market. The owner is very nice and gave us some good recommendations for things to do in and around the city.
Great place to stay in a very quiet area of Lampang. I had three room without ensuite bathroom. It was downstairs, but no problem for me. The staff was hardly speaking English but we managed to communicate with a translation app. The breakfast was very good. I was able to use a bicycle to go around in the city. Getting b my laundry done did cost 100 Baht.
The quiet hotel is close to most things in the city. My room was clean, with good Wi-Fi, hot water, water pressure, beds, and AC. The staff are friendly and helpful. In fact, I was given a ride to the bus station when I left.
Excellent breakfast, served on the terrace with river view.
Great location.. comfortable, clean, big room.. staff spoke little English but very friendly n helpful, free brand new bicycles for customer to use and.24 hours coffee/tea with biscuits added to the every cent you spend. If an electrical kettle was provided in the room I would definitely give it a perfect 10! Highly recommended.

beautiful wooden guest house right on the river with charming staff who will assist you whenever they can. The Italian owner was welcoming and charming and has created a green oasis in a great part of Lampang. breakfast was wonderful and all the food we had there was delicious. This is quaint, personal and charming hospitality.
hearty breakfast, remember to add those cereals (see photo); ideal location of the hotel 4 km from the city center, easy to park your car. really friendly and smiling staff, it's a pleasure to stay there, the rooms are bright, there is air conditioning, the atmosphere is serene, I highly recommend this charming place. Thank you to all the team members, you made this stay wonderful
