Great location close to bus station and night market, staff was super friendly and accommodating, room was large and comfortable (I think they upgraded us since we were a bit early), price was very fair.

Baan Jaru is located 500 metres from Clock Tower. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free public parking. Very great time at Baan Jaru! This guest house is so perfect you want to stay a long time. The room was big, beautiful, modern, very clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is large with everything you need inside. The area is quiet. And what makes this guest house so special is the owners (a daughter and a mother), they are the kindest and nicest persons ever. They'll do everything to make your stay perfect. They help you with the tours, they lend you a bike, they even drove me to my next place ! And they cook a delicious breakfast. It was really pleasant to discuss with them, you feel at home with family ! Thank you 🙏

We come to Thailand often and love Northern Thailand … we will 100% be back here for another visit and we will stay longer than 2 nights 😊
