Fantastic location overlooking the river in the heart of old Chantaburi. The check-in staff (and all the other staff!) were amazing and reserved parking for us outside the hotel. Also gave us advice about local restaurants - lots of delicious and very good value local cuisine. The house has been renovated to the highest standards. Design and build quality very good. Interesting "museum" section about the history of the house and family. My third stay in Chantaburi, but first staying in the centre. Will definitely be back.

We were so well cared for at Baan Lek. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, the whole house is an architectural interest and makes it a really cool place to stay. At breakfast we were treated to a lots of things especially bought for us, as we’re vegetarian: sweet buns, lots of fruit, Thai breakfast snacks, omelette, juice, coffee, different breads and some fruit from the garden. We were offered the use of a two wheeler and bikes. Our two year old was really welcomed. It was a short distance walk to the waterfront and cathedral.

Selection is simple but it is fresh and of heart-made quality served by the owners themselves. Location is a bit further off the city center but just about 15-min drive. Lovely decoration. The whole place is very clean and well-kept. Homey service and ambience. Best for family and elderly travelers.

Boasting river views, บังกะโลบ้านสวนเอก Bungalow Baan Suan Aek offers accommodation with patio, around 28 km from The Cathedral of Immaculate Conception. Everything was perfect. Our best stay in Chantaburi. The bungalow is new et fully furnished, electric kettle, microwave, bbq, dishes, bowls and cutlery. The bed and mattress is perfect, nothing compares to other resorts we went. The owner is kind and helpful. The place is quiet with lake and mountain view. We planned to come again in March.
