Only 1 km from the centre of Maribor, the Črni Baron Pension Black Baron is located in Malečnik, 20 metres from a bus stop. Friendly staff beyond expectations! And apples and water for good travel....we were so suprised! Kindly reccomend it

There were three baby deer on the grass in front of the hotel when I woke up. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time during my stay, so I couldn’t fully enjoy the nature, but I will definitely go back.

Great, lovely hosts, The room was big, tidy, clean, modern and very comfy mattresses. We loved the breakfast a lot with home made bread, sausage, cheese, jam, honey etc. The property itself is in the middle of the vineyards. Great for nice sunset walks. We liked the quietness and to be away from all the hustle and bustle. They also sell great wine. Very tasty. We would like to go back there once again.

The room was nice, very tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. Kichenette, coffee machine in the room, complimentary coffee/tea. Pet-friendly (small fee, but also a snack for the dog in the room). Personal welcome-message in the room :-) Small table and chairs on the balcony in front of the room - good to have a morning coffee (it's really pity that we couldn't use them as the weather was really bad).

Everithing was great, the accommodation is in an isolated location, but it was enjoyable to reach by motorbike. The view was amazing, the staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast selection was outstanding, they took care of food intolerances.
