A good location for a stress-free stay in Solčava, Hiša Ojstrica is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden. The location is phenomenal! The Logarska Dolina valley is so peaceful. The hostess was so gracious.

Guesthouse Planinski Dom Majerhold has a garden, bar and shared lounge in Solčava. The property features mountain and garden views. Beautiful place, higher in the mountain and forest (not in the main Plain of the Logar valley). Very friendly and helpful staff.

Situated within 44 km of Beer Fountain Žalec and 48 km of Ljubljana Train Station in Luče, Juvanova hiša - Apartments and Rooms features accommodation with seating area. A very nice and helpful host. Probably the oldest house in the village, beautifully renovated, with many old artifacts (tools, photos, piece of clothing, shoes). We got a very large room, nicely furnished with old and new wooden furniture, a comfortable bed. A large, modern bathroom (bath tube and shower), with some old-style accents. A shared kitchen and a dining room are on the lower floor. You can also have your meal outside - there are some tables and chairs in a nice, quiet corner (expect some cats to visit you). The kitchen is well-equipped. You can prepare food there but there is also a nice, inexpensive restaurant 100m from the house (the grocery store is 50m away). No TV, no radio (what, actually, I appreciated) but a reliable Wi-Fi connection. Since it was really hot (30-35C), I was initially uneasy because of the lack of A/C. However, it turned out that the old house can keep a reasonably low temperature for most of the day. The village is not crowded with tourists. There are a few easier trekking paths one can take from there. You can easily (by car, by bus) reach mountain trails of any level of difficulty and length (e.g., starting from neighbouring villages or from Logarska Dolina).

Turistična Kmetija Zgornji Zavratnik features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Luče, 49 km from Beer Fountain Žalec. Amazing environment, great views of the mountains, cool basketball/football court and splendid food for breakfast and dinner. Very friendly hosts.

With river views, House Raduha is located in Luče and has a restaurant, luggage storage space, bar, garden, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace. Peaceful and quiet environment that made for a perfect getaway. Everything about the stay was flawless. Also the mood and the atmosphere of the room and the buildings; the accommodation consists several buildings, peaceful, rural atmosphere, beautiful garden, fantastic view to the river etc. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The price-value of the room was excellent. We could park our bike on a safe place.
