Set in Mozirje and only 26 km from Beer Fountain Žalec, Farm Stay Žagar offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is situated 39 km from Celje Train Station and features a shared kitchen. This 2-star guest house offers private entrance. Perfect if you like these kind of stays. I used it as a hub for my activities around, but in the end the experience of the stay itself was one of the highlights. Breakfast was plentiful enough for all the exertion. Dogs were quite charming. Beware that you will need to drive or take a half-hour walk to Mozirje, but apart from its old center, Mozirski Gaj, and the lumber museum in Nazarje, there's nothing much to see. It's the nature that shines there, I did trips to Menina planina, Smrekovec, Logarska Valley and Žovnek Castle.

Excellent maintained pension! The owners are involved in the day to day managing of the place and this is appreciated! Excellent breakfast, dinner too! Was impressed about the wine cellar which “helped” us in the evenings :)! The host are very welcoming and they definitely make you to feel you are in holidays!
A welcoming host in a peaceful neighborhood of a small town surrounded by mountains. The bed was comfortable; the room was clean and had a nice balcony. Excellent breakfast with abundant portions and variety of local foods - homemade scrambled eggs, very tasty bread, two types of slovenian ham, cheese, and pate, yogurt of choice. Also the hostes brought a pot of both tea and very good coffee.
Very quiet, and beautiful place high on the mountain with all the fresh air you will ever need and ideal for reset and if in need for peace .. Definitely have dinner, simple but tasty made with love and local ingredients.. It’s worth it to visit even for a few hours on the swing with the view over the mountains and forests having a cup of coffee..
The cabin is in the middle od nowhere. It is so peaceful and quiet. When you wake up, you can see the beautiful nature around you, take a short walk around the cabin and relax. The cabin is really pretty (wooden construction), also in the fridge there was a nice gift in form of the wine and there were slippers, so homey feeling was present. If you have a car I highly recommend the place, you can feel like you are in a fairy tail.
The location serves as a good base to explore logarska dolina, velika planina and kamnika bistrica. The hotel is well maintained and the village is extremely charming.
Great location, great staff. Everything you could ask for for a comfortable stay. They even have a playroom for children. Also the food in the restaurant was delicious, even for children I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy the hot pools or the beautiful nature that surrounds the hotel...
Owner Peter is very friendly, helpful and kind. Rooms are nice and tidy as well as showers/toilets. Very high value for the relatively cheap price, will definitely stay here again if I am close.
Fairly spacious, clean apartment, Outside pool area is nice. Close to groceries and city center.
