They really spent time to welcome us, to talk about the history of their farm and to help us plan our days for seeing the area. The breakfast was great, many choices nicely laid out in their restaurant. The room was spacious, sunny, all we needed. Being our first time in Sweden, the hosts gave us a very positive experience staying at their place. We would definitely come here again.

Stef advised a walk close by and it was great. halfway the walk there is a grill spot with wood, so we grilled the food we brought in the snow. magical!! thanks Stef! hope to be back soon.

Some rooms have a tiled stove, while some overlook the river. the building is old but decoration is very classic and natural. especially good sauna next to lake. the food is great and green, both breakfast & dinner. they offer food products imported from Italy as well, quality and hostess philipinese very good cooking. the owner couple both are very kind and warmth.

The location was really close to the centralstation and Musikhuset Gävle, which was our destination. Clean room, comfortable beds, an overall cosy feeling. You even had a night sandwich at arrival.
