The food was prepared with local ingredients using recipes specific to the area and everything was cooked with care and attention. Breakfast is also varied and the owners and staff ensure that all your needs are catered for. The care, attention to detail and cleanliness of the place is exemplary. The surrounding nature and scenery is truly breathtaking and allows you to reconnect with yourself and simply slow down from everyday activities for a few days. The tradition of the Lipov Russians has a special meaning here and once you've experienced it, you'll want to come back. I can't say enough good things about the owners of this place, warm and kind-hearted people who will try to cater to your wishes and needs. We have a Romanian saying that I think is very good to describe them, they are good people to put on the wound but also on the soul. People of great worth and kindness. It was a real pleasure to stay in this place where I hope to return as soon as possible.
