Everything!! This will be a long review :) 1. The moment we entered the hotel, the lady from the reception was welcoming us. We came from a long way, but her warmth made us feel instantly in the right place, even before seeing the room. The same lady gave us few advices on how to go around the city-that was very kind of her. 2. I booked 2 rooms, and I appreciate that they managed and gave us the rooms nearby at a very short notice. That was very comfortable for us. The rooms were nice, but the staff made it better, making sure we have all the needed items and we are happy with the rooms we got. 3. The italian restaurant (Im not sure if is part of the hotel or not) was a big plus. I'm sure the city has good places to eat, but there is no need to look further, when the restaurant downstairs is just a hidden gem (all the food we ordered was nice. little secret - the icecream was sooooo good!!) 4. The check-out was quick and we faced no hidden costs. All in all, it was an amazing place. I strongly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and central location stay.

Perfect location to explore the city old town.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Kesletz House is a recently renovated guest house located in Sibiu, less than 1 km from Union Square. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, in a nice quite neighborhood close to the city center. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Overall great experience!

The guesthouse is located on a quiet street. Access and parking are hassle-free. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful. We highly recommend the guesthouse to anyone who decides to stay overnight or spend a few days in Sibiu.
