The staff was incredibly polite and the villa was extremely clean and well organised, we really enjoyed our stay here. With mountain views, Montebello is located in Predeal and has a restaurant, full-day security, bar, garden and children's playground. Marian was excellent from day one. He is extremely professional and very warm. Made me and family taken care of. He and the chef in the kitchen (cannot remember her name) are easily the best part of our stay. Room was clean and well decorated. Location is excellent. Food quality is top and the prices are very reasonable. We will come back again for sure! Thank you for a great holiday experience

Beautiful rooms, very clean and amazing staff. Easy checkin and check out. They spoiled us with an amazing breakfast. The traditional homemade dishes were very much appreciated. I also appreciate that the bed for our kid had a proper mattress and not just a thin foam as I experience in other 5star hotels. If in the area, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
