I chose this hotel because it was important for me to be close to the airport. It is approximately 3 km from OTP airport, or 5 minutes by taxi. The place is very quiet and picturesque, and is located on the other side of the airport and there is no noise from flying planes. I took a taxi, Bolt/Uber an paid 7.00 $ for a taxi from OTP airport to the Ami Residence Hotel. FAST COMMUNICATION. When I booked hotel, I wanted to inform owner that I am about to come in 10 min. I wrote on WhatsApp and the owner immediately replied that the room was reserved for me. When I got into the taxi, I also asked the driver to call the owner and double check the address. The driver spoke to the owner and everything was as mentioned on site. ENVIRONMENT. Check-in was fast. The lady-receptionist was waiting for us and provided necessary support. In general, the room I booked was like for VIP guest. It was very clean, fully equipped with bath towels, bed sheets, coffee, tea, candies, crockery, etc. All furniture were brand new ! I really just relaxed and enjoyed my free time. FOCUS ON CLIENT. The owner was focus oriented. I asked to order food from a local pizzeria and arrange delivery directly to the hotel. The owner helped me and arranged everything. I am very grateful for such attitude. I will recommend it for sure.

A very modern and brand new accommodation located in a calm and quiet neighborhood. Room was nice and clean. Really good value for money. Highly recommend this place.

I am very grateful to the owner that I was able to check in at 6 am. Everything was clean, comfortable. Also the owner of the hotel gave me a lift to the airport, it was convenient. We were supposed to stay one night when I made the booking reservation but after we arrived we decided to stay more.My kids really enjoyed the cinema room,the pool and overrall it was a very good experience I recommend

The host was very welcoming and kind; offering me extra help during my stay. He was so nice he even gave me a free delicious romanian traditional meal😋😋, extra heater, I was able to keep my luggage for few hours at the property after i did the check out and he was always making sure I am okay and I have everything. Definitely recommend it! Thank you so much!

Very good location. 15min walk to Therme, 12min walk to the shopping center, 3min walk to bus station, 2min to grocery store. The room is clean, well equipped and has everything a studio should have. The host is very friendly and replies messages fast. I really enjoyed my stay there and would like to book here again next time I go to Therme.
