Casa Kala features accommodation situated 700 metres from the centre of Porto and provides a garden and a terrace. The staff was warm and friendly. The front desk/concierge were extremely helpful with directions, suggested activities, and arranging transportation. The property itself is beautifully maintained and landscaped with outdoor sitting areas and hammocks. The building interior gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Nespresso machine coffee and tea are available all day and night. The breakfast has fruits, cheeses, meats, pastries, breads, yoghurt, and eggs cooked on request. From the street, the property is very unassuming. However, once you enter through the gates, you see the entire beautiful property. Spa services are located on site but we didn’t take advantage of the services. I loved everything about the property. No complaints at all. I highly recommend Casa Kala. Be aware that there is no elevator. A beautiful circular staircase takes you to and from your room. We were on the top floor in the suite. The bedroom had dressers, closet, and a tv. The sitting room had a comfortable sofa, coffee table, tv, storage cabinet and kettle for coffee and tea. The bathroom had a roomy shower with good water pressure. We were given a complimentary bottle of port. I wish I had taken pictures of the staircase and breakfast area on my phone. They’re unfortunately on my husband’s phone. Check it out for yourselves if you’re going to Porto. You won’t be disappointed.

Located just less than 1 km from Angeiras North Beach, Smiling Places - Guest House in Labruge provides accommodation in Labruge with access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as... Very nice and clean room ! But the owners make the place special . They really go the extra mile for their guests . I felt very welcomed . Thank you

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and river view, Casa das Lérias is situated in Amarante, 38 km from Douro Museum and 46 km from Natur Waterpark. Perfect location. Overlooking the river. Room was clean and modern. Beautiful balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Rio da Vila offers accommodation set 600 metres from the centre of Porto and provides a terrace and a bar. Location was Awesome! 5 minutes down to River. The breakfast was very well done with excellent service from Monica. She made you feel special :)

Ceuta Terrace Suites features accommodation situated 300 metres from the centre of Porto and offers a terrace and a bar. The hotel has such a cool and inviting vibe. The staff where so helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was great. Super central so very easy to get around on foot or by metro. Couldn't recommend more

Situated in the centre of Porto, 200 metres from Clerigos Tower and 600 metres from Palacio da Bolsa, BF Suites & Apartments offers free WiFi and air conditioning. Provided you don't mind stairs, this represents quiet luxury at a budget price. We had a level four room of generous proportion with a lovely and expansive view over old Porto towards the river. Super clean, modern, great bed, scalding hot water and a pleasant host. We noticed a lower level room provided for self catering. The location was great for us....500m uphill from Sao Bento station, an inexpensive cafe bar on the corner with plenty of other small restaurants nearby. An easy meander down to the river.

Located in Vila Nova de Gaia and within less than 1 km of D. Luis I Bridge, Serra do Pilar Porto Suites features a terrace, allergy-free rooms, and free WiFi. It was in a quite neighborhood, however very close do Villa Nova de Gaia and the historic center. The owner was a really great guy, always smiling and willing to do the best for you. Breakfast very very rich and tasty, I spend almost two hours there. In addition, there was a welcome wine drink and some chocolates in the room as well as fresh water.
