The hosts were super nice and helpful. There was a delicious breakfast in the mornings with homemade items such as yogurt, jams and cake to go along with the other breakfast items. Coffee and cake were available throughout the day. There was labeled spaces in the fridge to leave your items and then kitchen had all of the cooking items you would need. The rooms were nice with a little balcony and great view of Mount Pico. Great location on the island.

Located in Horta, Casa BuonVento offers a shared living room. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Everything. The room was cute and very comfortable, the owners Elena and Jerry were very nice and helpful. All the facilities were clean and well maintained including the well equipped shared kitchen. We also loved the whale decor and the view of the harbour! The location is also very nice, just in the heart of the town. Overall the stay was very pleasant and good value. Highly recommend!

One of the best stays in my life, really. Nice, friendly staff, clean room with relaxing sea view, but near the town center. The hotel feels like home. Wanna come back here for downshifting.

This place is incredible. The decor is stunning, the balcony is out of this world with amazing views of Mount Pico when the weather cooperates. The breakfast is so delicious and plentiful. However, the very best part about this place are the owners. Andreas and Barbara are so welcoming and kind and really go above and beyond. Made my stay in Faial even that much better. Would 1000% recommend and come again!

Located 600 metres from the small island airport, Quinta das Buganvílias is surrounded by a large park with lush vegetation. I like the property a lot. It’s a gorgeous place, I highly recommend everyone to stay here. It’s a beautiful farm where you will live with the nature, wake up and go sleep with birds 🐦 have breakfast with a farm and domestic food 🤤 Ana and while staff is so kind and helpful. Thank you a lot with the opportunity to stay with dog, for helping with the car rent and helping and keeping in touch when our flight was rescheduled.
