The entire property from exterior to common areas and rooms seemed to be well designed and is clearly maintained with attention and care by the staff who were always present on hand in case any needs arose. I was floored by the luxurious feel and appearance of the room I chose. It had plenty of space, a large bed, AC/Heater, cable TV, decent Wi-Fi, beautiful floors, wardrobe, and private bathroom with western toilet and hot water on demand. Add to this that breakfast was included with this room and the room service menu looked to have a nice collection of offerings. Lastly, I personally enjoyed the location which is perfectly adjacent to the center of Mingora. This not only gives walking distance access to all the bazaars and restaurants nearby, but also more centrally orients you to ALL of the area's attractions: the riverfront is 10 minutes to the north while Saidu Sharif is 10 minutes to the south, etc. For my needs, it was the perfect balance of all my needs and desires for this location.
