All staffs including security guard are very nice and accommodating answering all my questions how to roam around the city via local transport. I’ve even got a pleasant talk with Kuya guard as he used to work in Manila and know my town. Although I’ve experienced a small issue with my Wi-fi (I’m staying at 5th flr.) which was resolved quickly after a technical reboot. They also have a family room to accommodate big groups so I think this hotel can cater different types of group. Before I forgot, my room was upgraded to double deluxe without any charge so I am very happy with that. Thank you!
