The owner Erika was very responsive whenever I had any questions. Besides, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. So did the bathroom. Additionally, there was even an AC in the room! Perfect for Iquitos weather. And there is a laundry service right at the entrance to the building, which makes life super easy after Amazon tour. Just that it closes on Sundays and I wished my stay wasn’t fall on Sunday 😅 Hence, whoever plan to stay here after Amazon tour and have a laundry service, arrange your days accordingly. :)

My favorite hotel in Iquitos - I stayed here repeatedly and I've always enjoyed my stay very much. My room was really big and comfy, and it even had a private fridge, which definitely comes handy. I really liked the common areas as well. The owners and the staff are super nice and friendly, they even let me store my luggage when I was going to the jungle for few days. The area is nice, close to the main plaza, there are restaurants and supermarkets around. As a solo female traveler, I felt perfectly safe in the area.

It was like a big family of locals and travellers, you have privacy in your room but you always find someone to talk with in the garden or in the living room. Nice breakfast, Gabi, the owner is a cool and helpful lady. :) The whole house feels like home. Beautiful memory for me, I hope I will return there one day. It's better to stay in the suburb of Iquitos, because the downtown is very noisy in the night.
