We really appreciated that José was waiting for us to arrive and took our suitcases to the room for us. He was so kind and helpful, it really was above and beyond our expectations. The room was large, quiet, clean and comfortable. The communal kitchen was really clean, well equipped and organized. Could not have had a better welcome to the country, thank you! We'll definitely stay here again.

This HILLSIDE property is 12 minutes walk or a 3 minute taxi ride from the beach. Cerrito Tropical Eco Lodge offers comfortable relaxing accommodations with an ocean view Plunge Pool and Sun-Terrace. Loved this charming lodge, on the hillside overlooking the ocean, with the jungle right out the back door. Excellent location for birdwatching (right from my balcony!) and a great starting point for hiking trails. Staff was super helpful with giving me directions and suggestions. I saw countless bird species, poison dart frogs, and four species of butterflies. Cheap and satisfying breakfast with homemade biscuits and jam, and for dinner I had their amazing homemade pizza. The lodge recycles (apparently Taboga started a recycling program not long ago and this is much needed in Panamá). and composts kitchen scraps. My suite was well appointed and clean, with a nice view of the ocean from my deck, and I appreciated the original paintings on the walls. There’s a cute plunge pool and ranchito with hammocks on the property. I’m already planning a return trip!

Between quality and price, the best option I have made and I have no doubt in staying in this place again, 10 minutes on the highway from the airport, in the center of the city as the hosts rightly say, I went out to walk, drink a beer, eat a dinner, everything super close in a super safe place and far from the noise of the planes, in 10 minutes with the driver I was at the airport super fast, thank you Domenico and Reynaldo for the excellent service, the large bedrooms, The beautiful place, highly recommended, my best stopover in Panama, thanks guys, everything super organized and clean

Well located in Panama City, Hostal Panama Experience is a recently renovated guest house, which provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. Very delicious free breakfast, a nice swimming pool to relax and enjoy drinks from the hostel bar, possibility to wash and dry clothes, fully equiped shared kitchen, great location close to public transport, cheap, very clean and very friendly stuff.

Extremely nice staff and very helpful, we were able to leave our luggage here while we did a multi-day trip, the kitchen was extremely well equipped and really clean

Hostal Yoha provides accommodation located 100 metres from the centre of Panama City and features an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Location its very convenient în a safe area walking distance from the metro or sea side. . The staff very kind, the room and bathroom clean, a simple breakfast included but its nice, you can order more and pay. As well they cook tasty lunch for few Dollars. Also easy to meet other travellers în The garden by the pool. highly recommend this hostel

Location: nice neighborhood, clean and quiet, easily accessible, ca. 5-7min walking from the metro station, a large supermarket within the same walking distance, even after dark on almost empty streets felt absolutely safe. Room: spacious and cozy room, comfortable bed, WiFi works very well, a/c, hot water in the shower, fridge in the room. We were also able to use the common area on the terrace and the kitchen to cook, which was a pleasant bonus. Hostal also offers laundry service, and although we didn't use it I find it really helpful that you don't need to search for it around if you need one. Friendly and welcoming hosts. When someone talks in the hall downstairs, you hear it in your room, but it happened may be twice and didn't disturb us at all. The hostal is really quiet and peaceful and we really liked this atmosphere.
