A very peaceful setting on a beautifully kept property close to anything of interest in the area. The facilities far exceeded our expectations and our hosts were exceptional in their welcoming nature and attention to detail. The atmosphere equals any fine resort or 5 star hotel. The owners, Nicole and Malcolm, have truly outdone themselves in creating a perfect environment for rest and relaxation! The large covered terrace is home to the restaurant/tavern and was very comfortable and a fun place to visit with other guests. The rooms were very well appointed with quality furnishings, and included a walk out furnished patio. The pool was also a great place to relax. Truly one of the best properties I have visited in Panama.

Offering an outdoor pool and free bike rental, Casa Lajagua is located in Pedasí, just a 3-minute drive from Playa Arenal beach. It boasts a beautiful on-site organic vegetable garden. Excellent location. You could walk easily to a laundromat, grocery store, bakery. The host was very friendly. The breakfasts were large and healthy.
