The location was so close to the beach, it was self contained, easy to find. The unit was beautiful, and was thoughtfully equipped with everything we’d need for a comfortable stay. we didn’t lack for anything, and would defintely stay again if we’re in the area!

Matai Huka Boutique Accommodation is a recently renovated guest house in Paraparaumu, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. Tasteful furnishings done with an eye for detail and with a beautiful peaceful outlook onto the garden. We only had one night but would very happily come back.

Vanessa and Graeme were terrific hosts. They have set the rooms up thoughtfully with everything you might need. Wonderful to have been offered complimentary bicycles.

A charming and beautiful place equipped with the wonderful hosts Cliff and Gerry who make you welcome from the 1st minute. I had a wonderful time, appreciated the many tips both gave and the lovely chats. Breakfast was amazing with plenty to choose from. Beautiful and quiet surroundings, wished I could have stayed longer.
