The hosts are really friendly, always reachable and they even treated us with a bottle of wine. Highly recommended!

Our best accommodation in New Zealand. We got great coffee, fresh tomatoes and thyme straight from Marlene's garden. And speaking of them, Marlene and her husband are great hosts and deserve all the best. Great rooms, cozy living room, full kitchen and a fireplace heater.

Well placed to visit National Park and Ohakune. We enjoyed cycling and walking. Very clean. We had one lovely bedroom and shared the lounge and eating area with another couple which was great fun. Plenty of space in the shared part of the property. Breakfast was great. Met the hosts Ron and Allison on the last night and they are lovely friendly people.

The breakfast was delicious and the Staff was exceptional! Very hospitable we couldn't have asked for more. The mountain view was breathtaking and would definitely recommend to others.

My partner and I stayed at the River Lodge during our Christmas/ summer holiday and it was EXCEPTIONAL. Cleanest room we have ever stayed in. The hosts are fantastic, great vibes all round! The included breakfast was delicious and we had all the amenities we needed. Well worth the price and experience away from a chain hotel. The setting is so green, relaxing and warm. We slept so well as it was so quiet. Highly recommend you stay here if you are planning to hike the Tongariro Alpine Crossing - Dani can organise a direct shuttle to/from the track for you.

Manuka Lodge Bed and Breakfast ligger kun 10 minutters gang fra Ohakunes centrum. Ejendommen har boblebad, gratis trådløs internetadgang og gratis parkering på stedet. I loved the modern, luxe feel of the entire property. Our room was very, very clean. The bed was comfy and we had all the amenities we needed. The hosts, Alan and Susie, were kind, engaging, and welcoming. They made us feel right at home!

National Park Alpine Lodge blev bygget i 1912 og tilbyder prisvenlig indkvartering i backpacker-stil i en charmerende historisk bygning. Nice and friendly staff. Good location, Tongariro Shuttle stop is just 2 mins away by walk. They has small grocery shop in the lodge. big and clean toilt and shower.
